These terms apply when you access or use CountStruction. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The separate calculator disclaimer is part of these terms.
Informational use
Calculators and project tools provide preliminary planning estimates from the inputs and assumptions shown. They do not provide a quote, permit approval, inspection, engineering, architectural, trade, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for checking inputs, units, formulas, product instructions, conditions, local requirements, and final quantities before acting.
Safe and lawful use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, probe it for unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or misrepresent site output as a licensed professional's approval. Safety-critical work must be reviewed by the qualified people and authorities required for the project.
Saved and shared information
Local projects and saved inputs depend on your browser and may be deleted, corrupted, or unavailable. Keep independent records for anything important. Anyone receiving a complete shared-estimate URL can read the encoded values in it, so do not include confidential or personal information. The privacy notice explains these features further.
External and commercial links
External sites control their own products, prices, availability, content, terms, and privacy practices. A retailer link may generate compensation when an adjacent disclosure identifies it as an affiliate link. Compensation does not change calculator math and is not a guarantee or endorsement of a product's suitability.
Site content and availability
Site code, copy, branding, and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ordinary personal and business use of calculator output is allowed. The operator may correct, change, suspend, or remove site features and content, and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Warranty and liability limits
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of or reliance on the site. Laws in some places do not allow every exclusion, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted there.
